Valentine’s dining pleasures at the LJC Group
A dozen roses, a box of chocolates, and a teddy bear: what else would make this Valentine’s Day a perfect date? How about a romantic dinner with your loved one? The LJC Group offers candlelit dinners, serenades and sumptuous meals at its different restaurants on this day of love.
At Café Havana in Greenbelt 3, it will be a “Lovers’ Feast” as the restaurant offers a sumptuous buffet of Cuban and international favorites and a serenade of Spanish love songs by classical guitarist Lester Demetillo on Feb. 13 and 14, from 7 p.m to 9 p.m. The buffet is priced at P795+ per head. Live band music follows at 9:30 p.m. with Mai Castro y Ritmo Latino on Feb. 13 and Sabor Latino on Feb. 14.
It will be a three-day party at Café Havana in Malate as it celebrates “Noches de Valentino.” Enjoy good food and fine wine as you party until the wee hours of the morning with live music from Sabor Latino (Feb. 12), Arriba (Feb. 13) and Mai Castro y Ritmo Latino (Feb. 14). To complete the occasion, choose from Café Havana’s menu of Cuban specials. Down everything with glasses of Mojito, Cuba’s signature drink. All shows start at 9:30 p.m.
Experience the good life at Lorenzo’s Way in Greenbelt 5. Enjoy a special Valentine’s set menu while string artists serenade you with a program of love songs on Feb. 13 and 14. Set menu is priced at P1200 per head, inclusive of a glass of wine.
Larry’s Café and Bar at Serendra offers a Valentine’s set menu, inclusive of appetizer, soup, salad, main course (a choice of Gamberoni, Stuffed Chicken Breast with Porcini Mushroom or Beef Medallion with Shitake Mushroom), dessert, coffee or tea and a glass of wine on Feb. 13 and 14. Set menu is at P1200 per head.
Café Adriatico at the SM Mall of Asia has a special Valentine’s Day set menu, inclusive of a glass of wine, priced at P1000 per head. Adjacent to the outlet is Abe which offers the best view for the First Philippine International Pyromusical Competition at the SM Mall of Asia. Set menu at Abe is priced at P1500, inclusive of a ticket to view the fireworks competition.
Other LJC restaurants offering their specialties on Valentine’s Day are Abé at Serendra, and TriNoma Mall, Bistro Remedios in Malate, Fely J’s Kitchen at Greenbelt 5, Café Adriatico Premiere in Malate, Café Adriatico at Gateway Mall and Abe’s Farm in Magalang, Pampanga.
