Lorenzo’s Way Features Some of the LJC Group’s signature dishes
For close to 30 years, Larry Cruz introduced dishes that caught the fancy of diners at his many restaurants. Some of these were so popular they transcended the restaurants they were created for, becoming signature dishes at a number of LJC restaurants. Some of them are still on the menu of restaurants such as Café Adriatico, Bistro Remedios, and Larry’s Café and Bar, while others have been put on the back burner awaiting revival at a new LJC restaurant concept.
With Lorenzo’s Way, a number of these signature dishes are getting a new lease on life. These dishes will now tickle the taste buds of gourmets both young and old and introduce them to the LJC dining experience. Because at Lorenzo’s Way, it’s a matter of taste.
